Forecasting / Account Contractor

Bitwise Agronomy is an Australian-based agricultural technology company helping growers make smarter, data-driven decisions through computer vision and advanced crop forecasting. Our AI-powered tools provide berry and produce farms with accurate, timely insights that improve productivity, reduce labour costs, and support better on-farm planning. We partner closely with growers around the world to bring clarity and confidence to their operations.

With our customer network strengthening in Europe, we are now seeking a skilled contractor to support our berry and produce customers within this region as they adopt and use our advanced forecasting tools.

The Forecasting / Account Contractor will :

Be a key interface with our customers, leading discussions, interpreting their needs, and communicate the forecast outcome to the customer

Report back to the technical and forecast team's with feedback and questions.

Deliver onboarding and facilitate customer setup to completion before forecasting activities can be started. This will mean close work / hand over from the sales team to business as usual forecasting.

Build and maintain strong working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders

As the primary point of contact with our customer's , you will lead regular yield forecasting meetings, guide customers through onboarding and setup, and ensure they fully understand how to apply forecast insights to improve their planning and daily decision-making.

We’re looking for an individual with :

Strong agricultural knowledge, ideally in berries, horticulture, or crop management

High practical knowledge of everyday technology and new tech trends

Bilingual language skills – fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken

The ability to explain yield forecasting data in clear, practical, farmer-friendly terms

Confidence engaging with farmers via video, phone, email and in-person

This will be remote with travel and we are looking for a person who has excellent organisation, prioritisation skills and can work independently

Bitwise Agronomy works globally and as such flexibility to be able to accommodate various hours of work across a range of time zones is essential. It is envisaged this position would be based in Europe or the UK.
