We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to provide high-quality technical assistance to our clients. This role involves providing onsite and remote IT support for issues related to computers, printers, hardware, and software.

Provide onsite and remote IT support for issues related to computers, printers, hardware, and software.
Deliver exceptional customer service and respond promptly to all inquiries.
Log, update, and resolve tickets in our ticketing system, documenting solutions clearly.
Create and maintain internal and external knowledge base articles.
Support hardware and software inventory management.
Assist in the planning and execution of hardware refresh cycles.
Handle corrective maintenance and manage warranties with third-party providers and vendors.

Technical Environment

HP – Laptops and docking stations

Ricoh – Network printers (managed by Level 3 with Ricoh Streamline)

Software

Microsoft – Windows OS, Office 365 (OneDrive, SharePoint)

ServiceNow – ITSM platform

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have :

Previous experience in IT support (Level 1 or 2), both onsite and remote.

Solid knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting in corporate environments.

Strong documentation and communication skills.

Customer-oriented, proactive, and team-focused attitude.

Fluent in English – spoken and written (mandatory).
