About the Role Reporting to the Director of Solutions Consulting, European Markets, the Associate Solutions Consultant will collaborate with practice leaders to craft demos that showcase the business value of EIS, beyond just features.You will support key sales efforts, ensuring our insurance clients understand our solutions effortlessly. Your role will help communicate our brand to major insurance companies worldwide, with a focus on attention to detail and compelling storytelling.You will understand customer needs deeply, support practice leaders in storytelling, and work with engineers to develop impressive demos.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in creating user stories for growthDemonstrate how EIS creates value across the carrier value chain using our digital platformShow expertise in our enterprise offerings, including Product Configuration, Quote to Case, Policy Administration, Underwriting, Enrollment, Billing, Claims Management, and Customer Engagement modulesIdentify customer needs and communicate them to practice and engineering teamsEngage with customers throughout the sales process to ensure their needs are metCreate product demos, overviews, and proof-of-concept projectsCoordinate customer meetings and presentations with the sales teamDocument customer requirements and collaborate internally to refine presentationsSupport responses to RFIs / RFPs with technical and functional inputSkills, Knowledge & Expertise
3+ years in technology; experience in Insurance Technology is a plusLanguages : French, Spanish, and EnglishExperience in creating user storiesStrong communication skills for requirements gathering and stakeholder engagementSense of urgency, creativity, discipline, passion, and innovative thinkingAbility to set mutual expectations with clientsAbility to communicate technical and business info to small groupsProject management, organization, team building, and communication skillsProven results working independently and in teamsKnowledge of local insurance markets (P&C, Health & Benefits, Life) is a plusWillingness to travel 20-30% nationally for sales and product supportJob Benefits
