Your role includes :
- Developing and maintaining enterprise websites with AEM
- Leading and coaching teams of developers
- Estimating development tasks, identifying risks, provisions, and limitations
- Performing code reviews and sharing best practices
- Defining release strategies, including branching, CI, and workflows
What we require :
Excellent communication skills with technical and business stakeholders5+ years experience in an international environmentExtensive AEM project experienceDeep understanding of AEM technology stack (OSGi, JCR, Apache Sling)Strong Java and Web technologies knowledgeExperience with AEM on-premise and Cloud ServiceDeveloping RESTful Web Services experienceWeb security knowledgeAbility to define requirements and technical solutionsFluent English skills (verbal and written)Preferred profile :
