We are looking for an experienced Web Developer focused on Adobe Experience Manager. You are a good fit if you are willing to take responsibility and develop your skills with us.

Your role includes :

  • Developing and maintaining enterprise websites with AEM
  • Leading and coaching teams of developers
  • Estimating development tasks, identifying risks, provisions, and limitations
  • Performing code reviews and sharing best practices
  • Defining release strategies, including branching, CI, and workflows

What we require :

  • Excellent communication skills with technical and business stakeholders
  • 5+ years experience in an international environment
  • Extensive AEM project experience
  • Deep understanding of AEM technology stack (OSGi, JCR, Apache Sling)
  • Strong Java and Web technologies knowledge
  • Experience with AEM on-premise and Cloud Service
  • Developing RESTful Web Services experience
  • Web security knowledge
  • Ability to define requirements and technical solutions
  • Fluent English skills (verbal and written)

    • Preferred profile :

  • Experience with AEM Cloud Service
  • Familiarity with Maven, Git
  • Knowledge of design patterns and best practices
  • HTML, CSS, JavaScript skills
  • Experience with testing (unit, integration, functional, performance)
  • Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence
  • Proactive, innovative, and open to feedback
  • Additional Spanish language skills are a plus
  • Eligible to work in the EU or Switzerland
