What we look for?

For our Global Accounts team, we’re seeking a technically grounded professional (e.g., engineering, IT, telecommunications) who has transitioned into sales roles. This person should be able to understand client needs, propose tailored technology solutions, and drive both new business and upselling within existing accounts.

Main tasks and accountabilities will be :

  • Identify and develop business opportunities with new and existing clients.
  • Perform upselling and cross-selling of technology services and solutions.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to craft value-driven proposals.
  • Participate in client meetings to understand challenges and propose solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

What do we expect from you?

  • 3–6 years of experience in selling technology services, preferably in consulting firms.
  • Technical background (engineering, computer science, etc.).
  • Experience in consultative selling and direct client engagement.
  • Team-oriented, proactive, and results-driven.
  • Strong understanding of market trends, innovation and AI.
  • Experience with international clients and global delivery models.
  • Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills.
  • Fluent in English (C1-C2 level); German is highly valued.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (US, EU, India).

  • Madrid (hybrid – 1-2 days on site)
