Areas Sales Manager

JBC Soldering, S.L. is a global company with more than 95 years of experience in manufacturing soldering stations and tools for professional electronics. Among our clients are some of the world's leading technology companies in sectors such as Automotive, Aerospace, Medical Electronics, Defense, and more. Headquartered in Molins de Rei (Barcelona), the company also has subsidiaries in the USA, Mexico, China, and India.

We are looking to incorporate into our Sales Department an Area Sales Manager (ASM) for Germany.

Reporting to the Head of the Commercial Department, the ASM will be responsible for business development and market prospecting in Germany, supported by the headquarters.

Work closely with the sales team to develop effective strategies that drive sales growth through market opportunity identification, customer segmentation, and action planning to achieve targets.

Conduct market research, participate in sales strategies, and gather customer feedback.

Native German or C2 level (a test will be conducted).

Strong command of spoken and written English.

Minimum of 2 years of sales experience.

Experience in the electronics or industrial tools sector will be valued.

Permanent position with a six-month probationary period.
