PROFILE OF THE CANDIDATE
Within the organization, with the objective of driving our growth, we are looking to hire a Freelance Recruiter. The main objective of this person will be the management, end-to-end, of the recruitment process with different clients for executive profiles.
We are looking for an agile and hands-on professional, with a strategic approach and ownership mentality as well as team-oriented vision to solve specific client needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conducting market research and analysis to identify industry trends and key players.
- Head-hunting - Conduct in-depth active research on potential candidates for senior-level positions, including executive positions and board positions.
- Create job descriptions for different roles and brief candidates regarding the company, responsibilities, salary, and job benefits.
- Conducting phone, virtual and onsite interviews with candidates.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate research findings and insights to client (CV presentations, shortlists, background check reports, follow up reports, etc).
- Build long-term relationships with clients and accompany Partners in weekly client meetings by presenting suitable candidates.
- Requesting references and checking the suitability of the candidates before submitting their details to the client.
- Negotiating salary conditions with the candidates in final stages.
- Following up with clients and placed candidates during and after the onboarding process.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's and / or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Psychology, Labour Relations, Human Resources or similar. MBA or PhD will be a plus.At least 5 years of experience in recruitment, ideally in consulting or Executive Search companies.Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean Search.Previous experience with an ATS is a plus.Native or bilingual in English and Spanish.Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.KEY COMPETENCES
