Responsibilities Address customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat, providing efficient and solution-oriented support
Maintain thorough knowledge of our products, especially in audiovisual, music, and connectivity fields
Record and manage all call details in the system, delivering timely resolutions within SLAs
Collaborate with team members, and provide support across teams to ensure seamless service
Escalate issues when necessary to senior support, ensuring customer satisfaction and issue resolution
What We're Looking For Language Proficiency : C2 / fluent French and a strong command of English (B2 level or above)
Experience : At least 1 year in customer service, preferably in technical support
Technical Skills : Knowledge of signal connectivity, wireless networking, music, and AV products
Customer Focus : Strong listening skills and a proactive approach to solving customer needs
Team Player : Ability to take ownership of issues and work collaboratively to resolve them
