Job Description

Are you a skilled marketing professional seeking a new challenge in the rapidly evolving streaming industry?

We are currently looking for an experienced Marketing Communications Manager to join our team.

This role involves leading strategic and tactical communications that elevate our position across the content streaming ecosystem. You will be responsible for messaging across PR, industry events, and partner marketing touchpoints - ensuring our offerings are well positioned, clearly understood, and embraced by current and prospective partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and articulate messaging that communicates our unique value proposition to global and regional streaming platforms.
  • Own the external communication strategy for our content service provider initiatives and partnerships.
  • Ensure consistency of CSP-focused narratives across PR, sales materials, event presentations, and partner-facing touchpoints.

PR & Media Relations

  • Lead media outreach related to content service provider partnerships, product innovations, and strategic announcements.
  • Manage external PR agencies to drive media visibility in streaming and entertainment trade press.
  • Draft press releases, executive quotes, Q&As, and op-eds tailored to the CSP ecosystem.
  • Industry Events & Thought Leadership

  • Shape and execute our presence at major industry events like MIPCOM and more.
  • Prepare messaging and content for booths, panels, speaking opportunities, and executive keynotes with a CSP lens.
  • Manage end-to-end logistics and post-event analysis focused on lead generation, brand positioning, and partner engagement.
  • B2B Brand & Market Positioning

  • Position our company as a trusted partner for content service providers through thought leadership and strategic communications.
  • Identify and secure relevant speaking engagements, editorial opportunities, and high-profile media features.
  • Monitor trends and competitive activity within the streaming industry to inform ongoing messaging evolution.
  • Requirements

  • 5–8 years in marketing communications, partner marketing, or B2B content / entertainment communications.
  • Proven experience working with or targeting streaming platforms / content service providers.
  • Deep understanding of the CSP ecosystem, including content acquisition, monetization, distribution, and user engagement strategies.
  • Strong content creation skills—particularly for sales enablement materials, executive presentations, and product storytelling.
  • Expertise in managing PR agencies and driving CSP-focused trade coverage.
  • Experience activating and representing brands at major media and entertainment events (e.g., MIPCOM, Cannes, CES).
  • Exceptional written and visual storytelling capabilities.
  • Adept at managing multiple cross-functional projects with commercial impact.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing communications, excellent writing and storytelling skills, and experience working with streaming platforms and content service providers.
