Role Overview

We are looking for a MuleSoft Platform Engineer to support and strengthen enterprise integration capabilities within an international environment.

You will be responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and operational excellence of the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform across multiple environments.

This role spans platform administration, security, automation, monitoring, and container-based operations, working in close collaboration with internal teams and external providers.

Some occasional off-hours support and short business travel may be required.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate, configure, and maintain the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
• Deploy and support gateway components and platform services.
• Handle daily operations : incident, problem, change and performance management.
• Manage API security, certificates, SSL settings, and platform-level configurations.
• Administer Linux (Red Hat) environments, patching, logs, and system monitoring.
• Work with OpenShift and container orchestration tools for deployments.
• Monitor platform health, analyze logs, and proactively address performance issues.
• Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Operate and optimize CI / CD pipelines using Tekton / Kino, ArgoCD, Git.
• Contribute to automation, governance, and operational best practices.
• Work with international teams (internal + external providers).
• Document system procedures, configurations, and platform standards.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Provide occasional support outside regular hours when required.
• Travel short-term if needed for project activities.
