R&D Process Technician Trainee

At Bolton Food, we are looking for an R&D Process Trainee to join our R&D Team. This internship is a great opportunity to kickstart your career in Food Process Development while contributing to the design, validation, and optimization of food processes in a dynamic, international environment. You will support the development of new food processes—from formulation to packaging—collaborate with suppliers and technical teams, and actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

What you will do

Support the development of new food processes – from formulation to packaging.

Assist in the validation of new production lines and prepare technical documentation.

Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance process efficiency and product quality.

Collaborate with suppliers and technical teams to ensure technical feasibility.

Document and standardize processes to build a global knowledge base across plants.

What we are looking for

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or similar (recent graduate).

Good command of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Minimun Intermediate English (B2). French or Italian are a plus.

Curious, proactive, and eager to learn, with a hands-on approach.

Strong team player & communicator, comfortable working in cross-functional and international teams.

Adaptable and resilient, ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
