Responsibilities

• Master your toolkit. Work across diverse tech stacks and refine your ability to choose the right tools for each challenge—from monolithic to microservices architectures, gRPC to REST APIs, Kubernetes to Docker, Python to Rust. Your expertise will depend on understanding the purpose of technologies, not on following trends.
• Build stuff that matters. Enjoy autonomy and take full ownership of your work from ideation to execution. Build software from the ground up and see it evolve into a product used at scale.
• Simplify relentlessly. Turn complexity into simplicity. Optimize CI / CD pipelines, write maintainable code, and craft minimalist architectures. Your drive to simplify will power scalable, future‑proof solutions.

The selection process
