Your Tasks Provide strategic and day-to-day leadership to a multidisciplinary team, encompassing both Production and Manufacturing Engineering, to ensure operational excellence and technical rigor Lead the industrialization of new work packages, from concept to serial production readiness Direct, coordinate, and continuously optimize manufacturing processes for aircraft assemblies (including wire harness team tasks), securing achievement of production milestones while upholding the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance Build and maintain a high-performance culture, coaching mid-level managers and team leaders.
