Financial Planning Analyst Role

Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning Analyst to join our team in Madrid. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in driving business success through financial analysis and planning.

Responsibilities Prepare and provide management with in-depth analysis and information on economic and business trends.

Review past company performance, anticipate obstacles and potential risks, and identify opportunities for growth.

Manage the monthly forecasting process and annual budgeting.

Create variance analysis reports and financial models.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives.

Review actual data and provide detailed monthly financial reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications More than 5 years of experience as a Financial Planning Analyst.

English language proficiency.

Expertise in data analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.

Strong problem-solving ability and high attention to detail.

Excellent interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills, and experience working with senior leadership.

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Hyperion Management System (HFM) experience is a plus.
