Overview
Digital Transformation Manager role at Air Liquide Healthcare. The main mission is to drive the digital strategy for the Spain business, ensuring the correct definition, development and implementation of innovative digital tools such as a CRM, patient and professional portals, and a possible app. The role acts as a bridge between the business and technology providers (external and internal), leading project management and ensuring digital solutions meet user needs while complying with group rules and business objectives to support IT efficiency and cost effectiveness.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with key stakeholders (care, marketing, etc.) to identify business needs and translate them into functional requirements for digital tools; serve as the entry point for digital business needs.
Define the digital roadmap with business stakeholders, ensuring viability, scalability and alignment with data architecture.
Coordinate tool development with external and internal group providers, ensuring timelines, budget and quality standards are met.
Draft documentation for the development and implementation of the tools.
Organize and coordinate different implementation phases of new software (or changes to existing) with stakeholders (design, development, UATs, training, etc.).
Monitor applications, develop dashboards, and propose improvements.
Stay up to date with digital technology trends applicable to diabetes or the business.
Organize meetings with stakeholders, facilitate communication and resolve potential conflicts.
Qualifications
University degree (diploma or engineering) completed with internship or professional experience.
At least 3 years of experience in digital project management, ideally in the health sector.
Experience in technical roles such as software development, systems analysis, database administration or systems architecture, and in defining business requirements and drafting technical documentation.
Familiarity with software development life cycle.
Knowledge of agile methodologies.
Ability to work in a team and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
Technical Knowledge
Project management : knowledge of project management methodologies (agile, waterfall) and project management tools.
Software architecture : understanding of software architectures, including cloud systems, APIs and databases.
Digital tools : familiarity with CRM, portals, apps and other digital tools relevant to health sector.
Policies of security and GDPR.
Cloud technologies : experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Data analytics tools : knowledge of data analysis tools.
