As Senior UX / UI Product Designer , you'll own the complete user journey for the world's first AI cohost agent. Every pixel you craft directly impacts conversion rates, user activation, and the bottom line of thousands of vacation rental businesses. Your designs will be the bridge between complex AI automation and effortless human interaction.

This isn't traditional product design—it's growth engineering through exceptional UX. You'll be designing interfaces that handle millions in booking revenue, complex multi-platform integrations, and AI-driven decision making, all while maintaining the simplicity that makes hosts fall in love with automation.

In this role, you will :

Engineer conversion-optimized experiences for critical growth funnels—onboarding flows that activate hosts instantly, booking interfaces that maximize revenue, and dashboard designs that make complex AI insights actionable

Design cross-platform experiences that work flawlessly across web and mobile ensuring hosts can manage their empire from anywhere with zero friction

Master AI-powered design workflows using Figma with advanced plugins, AI-assisted prototyping, and data-driven design iterations to ship experiences at startup velocity

Own the complete design lifecycle from user research and competitive analysis through wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and post-launch optimization based on real revenue data

Build and scale design systems that maintain consistency across complex vacation rental workflows while supporting rapid feature development

Collaborate directly with engineering using modern handoff processes—your Figma files integrate seamlessly with developers using Figma MCP for instant design-to-code conversion

Drive data-informed design decisions analyzing conversion metrics, user behavior, and revenue impact to continuously optimize the growth engine

Shape product strategy working closely with leadership to translate business objectives into user experiences that drive measurable growth

Requirements

5+ years product design experience with at least 3 years focused on growth, conversion optimization, and SaaS platforms

Proven track record of designing for growth - You have specific examples of interfaces that measurably improved conversion rates, user activation, or revenue metrics

Advanced Figma mastery including auto-layout, components, variables, and modern collaborative workflows. AI design tool experience strongly preferred

Cross-platform design expertise - Experience designing for both web applications and mobile apps, with understanding of responsive design principles

Data-driven design approach - Comfortable analyzing user behavior, A / B testing results, and conversion funnels to inform design decisions

Complex flows design - Understanding of complex user flows, multi-sided platforms, and business software design patterns

Growth mindset - You think like a growth hacker, not just a designer. Every decision is evaluated through the lens of business impact

Excellent communication skills - Ability to present design rationale, lead design reviews, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Bonus points for :

Experience with vacation rental, hospitality, or marketplace platforms

Understanding of AI / automation user experience design

Background in conversion rate optimization or growth marketing
