The role

Strada is currently recruiting for a number of Workday Associates. As a Workday Associate you will play a vital role in configuring and testing the Workday solution. You will play a key role as part of an industry-leading team, helping to drive results for our customers by delivering innovative and effective solutions within our EMEA Workday Practice. Workday is an on-demand Financial and Human Capital Management software provider, founded on the cutting-edge principles of Software as a Service (SaaS) technology. Strada partners with both new and existing Workday customers to design, test, configure and deploy the Workday Cloud Enterprise Platform.

A Typical Day Can Include

Become a hands-on subject matter expert in the Workday product suite, broadening your experience and skillset within Human Capital Management. Understand customer requirements to configure and test the Workday solution, with support from consultants on your team. Develop strong and trusting relationships with other members of the project team. Understand and apply Workday and Strada methodologies. Contribute to Strada’s financial performance by delivering excellence and managing your work on several concurrent projects.

You Bring Knowledge And Expertise

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Basic knowledge of object-oriented programming
• Exposure to common data markup languages and web syntax -XML / HTML / JSON
• Clear and articulate oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work and learn independently as well as on a team
• Willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and methodologies
• Ability to work under pressure and strict deadlines
• Accept and adapt to change, and understand that change is constant and necessary to consistently excel
• Desire to grow your career as a consultant
• English Advanced
• Experience with MS Office Suite programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

Education And Experience

Bachelor’s degree and / or candidates who are in their final academic year
