Job Title : Legal Advisor

This role serves as the principal legal advisor for a leading international organization with operations across Spain, France, and Portugal.

The position provides comprehensive legal support across Southern Europe, including contract drafting and negotiation, regulatory compliance, legal risk management, and corporate governance.

Key responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts; providing timely and pragmatic legal advice to management and operational teams; ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies; coordinating and managing external legal advisors; and monitoring legislative and regulatory developments.

A qualified legal professional with 4-6 years of post-qualification experience in corporate law, commercial contracts, and compliance is required. Fluency in Spanish and English is essential, while proficiency in French, Italian, or Portuguese is considered an advantage.

The successful candidate will have strong analytical and drafting skills, with the ability to provide independent and solution-oriented legal advice. They will also possess high professional integrity, organizational awareness, and attention to detail.

The position offers a competitive annual salary between €70,000 and €95,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Flexible working arrangements with regular travel across Southern Europe are also available.
