About the Role :

We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce professional to join our global telecommunications client. This talented individual will be at the heart of our digital transformation journey, designing and delivering scalable Salesforce solutions that serve millions of customers worldwide.

This is a remote / hybrid role across Europe, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the technical design and architecture of Salesforce solutions across Core Clouds and additional platforms (e.g., Marketing Cloud, CPQ, Field Service).
• Define integration strategies, security frameworks, and data models that ensure performance and scalability.
• Translate business requirements into robust, future-ready Salesforce solutions.
• Provide technical leadership to delivery teams, setting best practices, conducting code / design reviews, and mentoring colleagues.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders at all levels, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the Salesforce delivery lifecycle.

Ideal Candidate Profile :

The ideal candidate for this position has proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect on enterprise-scale programmes.

They should have strong knowledge of Salesforce Core Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience); exposure to additional clouds is highly valued.

Expertise in Salesforce architecture principles, integration patterns, and data management best practices is essential.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders alike are required.

Salesforce certifications (e.g., Application / System Architect, Marketing Cloud, CPQ) are preferred but not mandatory.
