We’re looking for a Senior Front-End Engineer to join our Backoffice Squad. This team leads the development of our backoffice platform, which empowers internal employees to manage our partners, optimize operations, and receive smart, data-driven insights.

You’ll play a key role in delivering new features, improving UX / UI, and collaborating on architectural decisions to ensure the platform is scalable, secure, and delightful to use.

How you will shape Prophero :

• Design, build, and maintain features within React.
• Contribute to the design and development of components for a future Design System.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver intuitive, high-quality experiences.
• Write clean, maintainable code, conduct thorough code reviews, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our development practices.
• Champion usability and a strong design sense throughout the development lifecycle, ensuring a polished and cohesive user experience.
• Contribute to a scalable, performant, and secure application architecture.
• Proactively bring ideas and constructive feedback to help shape our product roadmap and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
