Technical Operations & Maintenance Service Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Operations & Maintenance Service Manager to oversee the delivery of O&M services on behalf of several clients.
The role involves understanding contractual O&M requirements, developing strategies to meet these needs, coordination of internal and external resources, and reporting to and liaising with clients and management teams.
Main Responsibilities
Provide end-to-end solutions including roadside and back-office systems maintenance
Ensure contract compliance and organizational policies
Coordinate activities of supporting internal and external teams
Measure, record, and report KPI performance and trends, key maintenance interventions
Coordinate scheduled maintenance
Coordinate incident response and unscheduled maintenance
Manage key subcontractors, partners, and vendors
Ensure effective asset management, equipment spares
Required Skills and Qualifications
General Management : Excellent communications, relationship management
Excellent planning, coordination
Ability to link non-technical and technical teams
Subcontractor management
Comfortable working with contracts, dealing with conflict, disputes
Change management
Financial Management : Excellent budget setting, P&L management
PO and invoice management
Strong technical operations, maintenance skills (e.g. for IT infrastructure, networks)
Strong understanding of ITIL framework for IT service management
Experience with service desks, ticket management processes and tools
Requirements
At least 5 years' experience in a similar role
English and French is required
