What You\'ll Do You will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless booking process and a memorable stay. Your responsibilities will span across three key areas :

Turn inquiries into bookings by assisting customers throughout their journey.

Guide clients on location, pricing, and property features.

Accurately manage booking information and system updates.

Key Responsibilities Provide attentive support to tenants during their stay, addressing their questions and concerns.

Act as the main point of contact for guests, managing requests and resolving incidents promptly.

Handle calls and communications professionally.

Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring they feel valued and heard.

Supporting Our Properties Assist in strategies for maximizing property profitability and occupancy.

Collaborate with property owners to ensure smooth operations.

Address maintenance or administration issues efficiently.

About You Strong understanding of reservation processes and tenant support.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to optimize property profitability and occupancy.

Familiarity with industry standards and quality service delivery.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Collaborative mindset with the capacity to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
