Power Platform Developer (Power Apps / Power Automate / Power BI) – Spain Madrid - Contract – B2B setup | €250–€300 per day – immediate startWe are seeking a Power Platform Developer to join a growing international technology team operating across the UK, Spain, Poland, and India. This is a hands-on role focused on building and automating business applications and workflows using the Microsoft Power Platform, supporting enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI within enterprise environmentsBuild and enhance automation workflows, integrations, and reports that streamline complex business processesWork collaboratively with global technical and delivery teams to ensure solution alignment and delivery qualitySupport the integration of Power Platform components with Azure Functions and Logic AppsParticipate in peer reviews, testing, and deployment of solutions in a structured Agile environmentProvide hands-on technical expertise while ensuring best practices in governance, scalability, and securityRequired Skills & Experience3–5 years of professional experience in software or IT development (no more than 6 years total)Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and PowerShellSolid understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem, including Logic Apps and Azure FunctionsProven background working on large-scale or enterprise-level projects ideally within banking, consulting, or financial servicesStrong communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate technical work and deliverablesA proactive, collaborative mindset and cultural fit for a distributed international team
