Senior Finance Leader - Europe

As a senior finance leader in Europe, you will oversee the region's financial operations and collaborate closely with key stakeholders to drive profitability and growth.

This role is responsible for managing all financial aspects of our organisation in Europe, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. You will be responsible for building and growing a team of finance professionals, ensuring integrity of financial numbers and records, and complying with local taxation and auditing requirements.

Key responsibilities include :

• Performance Management : Partner with senior management to provide sound financial business decisions and support strategic planning initiatives.
• Financial Analysis : Conduct thorough financial analyses to provide insights and foresights on the business, evaluating performance versus external environment and competitors.
• Financial Controls & Risk Mitigations : Ensure compliance with our Financial & Accounting Policy, Treasury Policies, Global Procurement Policy, and Group Taxation Policies.

To succeed in this role, you will require a strong finance background, excellent leadership skills, and experience in the hospitality industry. You must hold a Certified Public Accountant or Chartered Accountant designation, MBA in Business Administration with strong finance reporting and analytics, and at least 5-10 years of relevant experience in the hospitality industry.
