We’re a fast-growing eCommerce brand looking for a highly creative, data-informed Creative Strategist to lead our UGC content strategy and ensure the production of high-performing, on-brand creatives.

You’ll be responsible for building and scaling our UGC content engine — from analyzing ad creative performance to scripting and creator management

&##Creative Analysis & Strategy

• Analyze weekly performance of ad creatives (winners and underperformers) using Meta Ads data.
• Use insights to shape upcoming video scripts and briefings — balancing 50% top-performers, 50% new ideas.
• Stay up to date on social media trends, TikTok / Reels formats, and viral content styles for continuous iteration.

Scriptwriting & Planning

Scout, recruit, and onboard new UGC creators monthly to maintain a steady pipeline of content.

Alignment with brand tone and product messaging

Quality (sound, visuals, length : Video Editing & Post-Production Oversight

Clean execution and editing quality

2+ years in a creative strategy, content marketing, or UGC management role — ideally for a DTC / eCommerce brand.
