Responsibilities

  • You’ll participate in both presales and delivery activities, with encouragement to gain on‑the‑job experience and apply it to new proposals.
  • Collaborate in a cross-technical team across Avanade Spain areas to propose innovative solutions and solve cross-technology problems.
  • Apply expertise to design, propose and defend Azure Native solutions that provide value and meet customer needs.
  • Advise clients on governance, stability, and evolving business needs using technical and consulting knowledge.
  • Work on projects utilizing the full breadth of the Azure platform (IaaS and PaaS), deployed with Infrastructure as Code in an automated way.
  • Architect Azure solutions across subscriptions / management, networking, security, compute, storage, and operations for major enterprise projects; apply knowledge of latest Azure technologies and DevOps practices.
  • Address complex technical challenges with infrastructure solutions (cloud and on-premises), including migration, security, and automation.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience designing, planning, proposing and implementing Azure Platform solutions, with emphasis on AKS.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; experience working with clients, sales teams, and consultants; ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
  • Automation (IaC) using ARM / Terraform / Bicep / YAML and scripting in PowerShell / Bash / Azure CLI.
  • DevOps practices, GitOps and automation.
  • Experience engaging with and advising clients, writing designs (high-level and detailed), and defining architectural topologies.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework and Enterprise Scale.
  • Comfortable working in both large and small teams to design and implement solutions.

  • Experience designing, proposing, and implementing complex Azure Platform solutions.
  • Customer-facing experience : understanding needs and balancing value with solution complexity.
  • Experience leading technical teams, organizing activities, and mentoring less experienced colleagues on complex tasks.
  • Analytical, curious, agile; team player and good communicator; problem-solver, patient, quality-driven; self-motivating; innovative mindset.

  • Work on projects spanning the full Azure platform with IaC automation.
  • Deploy and architect Azure solutions across subscriptions, networking, security, compute, storage, and operations for major enterprise projects; leverage Open Source on Azure, Kubernetes, Azure DevOps, and related technologies.
  • Solve complex technical challenges with infrastructure solutions, automation, scripting and DevOps.
