Key Responsibilities :
- Plays an active role on the sales floor, increasing boutique sales and achieving objectives.
- Analyzes store performance KPIs (traffic, conversion, sales in volume and value, ASP, mix of sales…), identifies business opportunities, and establishes 360° action plans to tackle them.
- Stays updated on watch industry and local market competitive environment.
Team Leadership Skills :
Supports boutique manager setting individual and collective objectives, following performance, and realizing reviews of team members.Shadows and supports team members on the floor, provides immediate feedback, develops them in their current roles.Ensures team motivation and cohesion while promoting a positive, inclusive, and supportive work environment.Sources and hires new team members.Client Development Expertise :
Leads team to develop long-term relationships with clients.Supports boutique manager setting and following collective and individual clienteling objectives (number of outreaches, appointments, sales from appointments…).Ensures qualitative client data collection and leverages data to address clients in a personally relevant way, capitalizing on all opportunities to grow the business.Operational Excellence Supervision :
Oversees boutique operational processes, front and back, in line with internal guidelines : inventory, cash, security, store opening and closing, etc.Ensures compliance with internal control policy.Supervises store expenses and maintenance.Requirements :
Management experience in luxury retail environment.Creative business driver, results-oriented.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.Inspirational leader, able to coach and develop high-performing team.Client-centric mindset, focused on recruiting new clients and growing active client base.Languages Required :
