Job Description We are looking for a motivated Team Leader to join Teya in Barcelona. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Italian and English and will be responsible for leading a team, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering high-quality service in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate, and support a team to achieve performance goals.

Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and resolve escalated issues.

Provide coaching, feedback, and training to team members.

Monitor KPIs and prepare reports for management.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and customer experience.

Qualifications Fluency in Italian and English (mandatory).

Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role.

Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work on-site in Barcelona.

Benefits Base Salary : 22,000 per year

Bonus : Up to 3,000 gross / year
