Job Title : Customer Experience Champion
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Service Delivery Team. The successful candidate will work closely with our security specialists, analysts, and consultants to ensure the delivery of high-quality cybersecurity services.
Responsibilities
Onboarding Process
Meetings with stakeholders to understand their requirements and expectations.
Update digital asset information in our database and monitor log source integration sizes for efficient service delivery.
Enablement sessions with customers to share alert lists and communication protocols.
Reviews and Analysis
Monthly follow-ups to analyze alert trends, false positives, and detection tuning for continuous improvement.
Quarterly business review to discuss MITRE coverage and technical improvements.
Annual planning to support preparation of annual plans and sharing technical details with clients.
Customer Support and Engagement
Coordinate customer requests and evaluate task priority for timely resolution.
Coordinate troubleshooting and escalation processes for efficient issue resolution.
Discuss SLA-related matters with clients and negotiate mutually beneficial solutions.
Lead advisory sessions and incident response to minimize downtime and maximize service quality.
