AI Software Engineer - Full remote (Spain)

JOB OPPORTUNITY - FULL REMOTE (FROM SPAIN)

At InnoIT , we’re looking for experienced AI Software Engineers to help us build real-world ML / LLM products at scale.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years shipping ML to production with measurable impact. Bonus for NLP, search, and recommender systems.
• Practical LLM / agent work : RAG, prompt optimization, fine-tuning, agent design, evals. DSPy familiarity a plus.
• Broad ML depth : XGBoost and classic ML. Deep learning (Transformers), GNNs, and reinforcement learning.
• ML depth : XGBoost & classic ML; DL (Transformers), GNNs, RL.
• End-to-end MLOps : latency / cost optimization, monitoring / tracing, and reusable platforms / frameworks.
