About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Sales to lead commercial operations for a leading logistics solutions provider. This is a senior leadership position responsible for driving revenue growth, developing new business opportunities, and strengthening client relationships across Spain and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement the commercial strategy to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team to ensure high performance and alignment with business objectives.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within the logistics and supply chain sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored logistics solutions that meet client needs.
- Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to senior management.
Requirements
Minimum of 7 years' commercial experience within the logistics or supply chain industry.Must be able to travel to the office, ideally 3 times per week.Proven track record in sales leadership, business development, and strategic planning.Strong understanding of logistics operations and market dynamics.Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to lead and inspire a team in a fast-paced, competitive environment.Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).Willingness to travel across Spain as required.What We Offer
