Deputy Head of BI & Analytics for Growe

Descripción del trabajoОчолювати, менторити та розвивати високоефективну аналітичну команду; Розробляти та впроваджувати аналітичні рішення “end-to-end”, що впливають на бізнес-рішення в усіх департаментах; Бути стратегічним партнером для стейкхолдерів та топ-менеджменту; Презентувати аналітичні інсайти та рекомендації керівництву; Створювати й масштабувати процеси роботи з даними, аналітичні фреймворки та системи звітності, що забезпечують ухвалення рішень на основі даних. Щонайменше 1 рік досвіду управління аналітичною командою; Від 4 років експертизи в аналітиці; Високий рівень володіння SQL та BI-інструментами (бажано Tableau ); Досвід впровадження аналітичних рішень з реальним бізнес-імпактом у різних департаментах; Досвід побудови та масштабування аналітичних процесів і розвитку командних компетенцій; Сильні навички управління стейкхолдерами та комунікації, включно з роботою з топ-менеджментом; Високий рівень відповідальності та орієнтації на результат; Глибоке розуміння інфраструктури даних, ETL-процесів та бізнес-метрик; Рівень англійської — не нижче Upper-Intermediate. Проактивність та ініціативність у вдосконаленні систем; Відмінні комунікативні навички; Готовність працювати в умовах невизначеності та змін пріоритетів; Стратегічне мислення в поєднанні з глибоким технічним і операційним розумінням; Гнучкість, увага до деталей та сильні навички вирішення проблем.
