At Bolton Food, we are looking for a Quality Assistant Intern to join our Quality Department. This role is a great opportunity to support key quality and packaging projects while gaining a comprehensive view of our operations. You will work closely with different departments, collaborate with suppliers and marketing teams, and actively contribute to process improvements and quality assurance initiatives across our plants.

What are you going to do

• Support and collaborate in packaging project management, collaborating with the Marketing department, design agencies, and suppliers (cans, boxes, cartons).
• Assist in the creation and approval of product labels, packaging data sheets, and product specifications.
• Collaborate in outsourcing activities for packaging and quality follow-up.
• Learn and gain a global understanding of plant operations (Grove and Cabo de Cruz).
• Help with material code creation and maintenance in SAP.
• Work alongside different departments to support quality alignment.
• Contribute to process improvement, time reduction, and waste minimization.
• Assist in continuous improvement initiatives related to Quality Assurance.

What we are looking for

Education : Degree or Master’s Degree in Food Technologies, Chemistry or similar.

Technical skills : Suite Office (Word, Power Point, Excel).

Languages : Proficient in Spanish and English, other languages such as French or Italian will be positively valued.
