THE DIFFERENCE YOU MAKE Santander Corporate & Investment Banking is looking for a Global Cash Management Executive Director based out of Madrid. We are looking for a highly skilled and strategic Global Cash Management Director to join our Corporate & Investment Banking division. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in defining and executing our global cash management strategy, leading a team based in Madrid, and advising multinational clients on best‑in‑class liquidity, payments, and treasury solutions. This is a senior leadership position with global responsibilities for driving business origination, enhancing product capabilities, and ensuring seamless delivery of cash management services across markets.

• Lead, develop, and inspire a high‑performing team of 3–5 professionals within the Global Cash Management Origination area.
• Define and implement the global strategy for cash management, payments, and liquidity solutions, in alignment with the bank’s corporate banking objectives.
• Advise large corporate and institutional clients on cash management structures, working capital optimisation, and payment efficiency.
• Partner closely with relationship management, product, and technology teams to design and deliver comprehensive global solutions.
• Support origination efforts by identifying new opportunities, contributing to client proposals, and leading strategic discussions.
• Monitor market trends, regulatory developments, and technology innovation in the cash management and payments landscape.
• Represent the bank in key client meetings, industry conferences, and global forums to strengthen market positioning.
• Ensure compliance with internal risk, operational, and regulatory standards.
