We are seeking a seasoned professional to help build a comprehensive solution for managing and orchestrating private 5G / 4G networks, inspired by cutting-edge solutions. Responsibilities :

Design & Development : Lead the design and implementation of our 5G / 4G network management and orchestration platform, focusing on multi-vendor integration and the full lifecycle automation of network components.
System Architecture : Define and build a modular architecture based on microservices, containerization, and orchestration using Kubernetes and Helm, ensuring scalability, resilience, and security.
API Integration : Design and implement robust APIs that enable seamless integration with external systems (ERP, CRM, etc.) and ensure interoperability across various technology vendors.
Team Leadership : Collaborate with and guide development teams, enforcing best practices, agile methodologies, and high-quality coding standards.
Monitoring & Optimization : Establish KPIs, SLAs, and monitoring systems (e.G., Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog) to ensure optimal performance and stability of the platform.
Continuous Innovation : Research emerging trends in telecommunications and propose innovative solutions to enhance our service offerings.

Requirements :

Proven experience in large-scale software development and microservices-based architectures.

Proficiency with containerization (Docker) and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes, along with deployment tools like Helm.

Strong expertise in designing and consuming REST APIs, gRPC, or other integration technologies.

Experience in projects related to networks, telecommunications, or network infrastructure management (preferred but not mandatory).

Familiarity with cloud platforms (public, private, or hybrid) and SaaS delivery models.

Experience implementing security measures, role-based access control (RBAC), and lifecycle management (LCM) for system components.

Excellent leadership skills, effective communication, and the ability to work within multidisciplinary teams.

Advanced English proficiency is highly desirable.
