Your main responsibility

Supplier Research & Engagement : Identify new suppliers and products, negotiate terms, and communicate findings to stakeholders.

Procurement & Negotiation : Secure advantageous pricing and rebate conditions through skilled negotiation.

Order Management : Execute product / service ordering processes in line with managerial requests.

Market Analysis & Supplier Visits : Keep aware of market trends through regular supplier engagements.

ERP System Updates : Accurately introduce new products into the ERP system with detailed information.

Invoice Reconciliation : Collaborate with the Accounts Payable department to ensure efficient invoice processing and timely supplier payments.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing F&B products.

Proficient in Procurement ERP systems and Microsoft Office suite.

Solid understanding of procurement processes and negotiation techniques.

Experience managing Operational Expenditure (OPEX) budgets.

Proactive, solutions-oriented, and fluent in English.
