In the Crisis & Issues area we help clients anticipate, monitor, and respond to risks that threaten reputation and social license. Our mission is to identify latent and emerging risks, minimize vulnerability in a hyper-connected world, monitor risk performance, and prepare to act if needed. We generate effective, global, rapid, and innovative responses to contain crises and scale them appropriately.
Responsibilities Day-to-day, you will :
Develop crisis prevention and management plans for communication.
Prepare materials for risk assessment, scenario development, key message identification, audits, crisis protocols and manuals, crisis simulations with executives, and media relations.
Extract data and perform analyses in reports, monitor brand sentiment, and identify opportunities from conversation trends.
Identify early issues that could harm client reputations and develop strategies to prevent, mitigate, or counter them.
What we’re looking for We seek a professional with 4–6 years of experience in communication consulting, specifically in crisis project management :
Experience managing reputational issues.
Ability to anticipate client needs.
Knowledge and experience in media relations.
Contributes diversity to the team in training and working methods.
Flexible, empathetic, sociable, adaptable, and emotionally intelligent.
Project management skills (organisation and day-to-day client management).
Commercially capable to develop proposals for new business and promote the area.
Enjoys managing teams and developing team members.
Creative and proactive in designing new solutions for the area.
Ability to work English materials confidently.
What we value Degree in Journalism, Business Administration, Law, or similar.
Digital skills (advanced use of social media, monitoring and measurement tools).
Education or knowledge in cyber risks and cybersecurity.
Legal knowledge or training.
Presentation, public speaking, and oratory abilities.
English : C1.
