Responsibilities Design engaging and results-driven programs tailored to member goals

Assess fitness levels and create custom plans for improvement

Maintain safety and cleanliness across all training spaces

Requirements Relevant certification in fitness, personal training, or group instruction (NASM, ACE, ISSA, Les Mills, Red Cross)

Bachelor's or associate degree in Sports Science, Kinesiology, or related field preferred

Minimum 2 years of professional experience in fitness instruction or coaching
