Project Director

Overview As part of our growth and organizational development around major industrial building projects as a General Contractor, we are seeking a Project Director to join our Datacenter team in Spain. Reporting to the Regional Director, you will be responsible for leading our design & build datacenter projects, with full accountability for the project’s technical, financial, and contractual performance.

Responsibilities Strategic project management : defining objectives (quality, cost, timeline, safety) and implementing management frameworks (quality plans, organization, contracts).

Team coordination and leadership : structuring the project team, defining roles and responsibilities, and fostering a positive, collaborative work environment.

Operational monitoring and reporting : overseeing project progress (schedule, budget, risks) in collaboration with the PMO, and feeding into steering committees.

Ensuring compliance with contractual commitments and regulatory requirements.

Building and maintaining strong client relationships throughout the project and representing the company to external partners.

Contributing to the evolution of project management practices and supporting internal transformations.

Profile / Qualifications Electrical, mechanical or civil engineering degree.

At least 10 years of experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary industrial building projects.

Leadership skills and ability to manage large-scale projects by coordinating diverse specialist teams.

Solid expertise in analytical project management, risk and opportunity anticipation, and experience on international projects with proficiency in Spanish and English.

Location & Travel Mainly based on site, close to construction activities. Open to frequent travel across Spain.
