As a Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for developing and delivering competitive Operations & Maintenance (O&M) service solutions to support project sales and long-term client partnerships. Working closely with commercial, technical, and engineering teams, you will ensure that every proposal aligns with customer requirements and market expectations, driving both profitability and customer satisfaction.

Design, maintain, and enhance the company's O&M service offering across multiple markets.

Responsibilities Interpret customer needs and translate them into tailored, value-driven service proposals.

Review project RFP documents and develop compliant, commercially competitive O&M solutions.

Identify technical and commercial risks while proposing effective mitigation strategies.

Participate in client meetings to promote O&M solutions and support sales discussions.

Support contract negotiations to ensure favourable service terms.

Define O&M KPIs and drive continuous improvement of service delivery standards.

Qualifications Fluent in English and one additional European language (spoken and written).

Strong communication and cross-cultural collaboration skills.

Understanding of business, finance, or legal frameworks related to O&M contracts.
