IT Manager (PV Sector)

At Brandty, we are partnering with an innovative and fast‑growing company in the renewable energy sector to find an experienced IT Manager . This role is key to supporting the company’s expansion by leading IT infrastructure and cybersecurity strategies across all sites and projects.

The role

As IT Manager you will take full ownership of the IT function, ensuring the security, continuity, and efficiency of all technological systems. You’ll work closely with internal departments and external technology partners, overseeing infrastructure, software administration, compliance, and technical support. Reporting directly to the CEO and COO, you’ll supervise the IT Technician and contribute to strategic decisions regarding the company’s digital evolution.

IT Infrastructure & Security Management

• Oversee PCs, servers, routers, firewalls, Active Directory, and virtual machines (Hyper‑V).
• Manage Microsoft 365 Tenant (email server, SharePoint, Intune).
• Conduct weekly cybersecurity audits and monitor security events (EDR, SIEM).
• Implement and maintain disaster recovery plans and backup systems.
