Descripción del trabajoJob Description :What you’ll do : Our solar technology is best-in-class and you’ll make sure our customer service is too! We’re looking to you to provide exceptional support and field services for our EMEA based projects and customers. This involves planning, executing, and finalizing customer solar power plant projects to ensure they adhere to tight timeline and contractual requirements. Through close collaboration with engineering, supply chain, production, and quality control teams, you will ensure customers receive their products at the right time and in the right way. This is a highly visible and influential position within the company that may occasionally require some evening and weekend hours. You will :Serve as primary contact for utility solar installationsDevelop and execute project management plans per contract specificationsInterface with other company departments, including sales, engineering, logistics, supply chain, quality control, cost control, shipping, and commissioningDefine project objectives and coordinate project throughout its life cycleIdentify, analyze, monitor, and control project risksMentor project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among all stakeholders.Manage project change ordersMonitor project budgets, control costs, and ensure financial accountability.Assure agreement between contracts, purchase orders, sales orders, and invoicesInvestigate and resolve customer issuesProvide advice and support to customers regarding systemsMaintain accurate and timely work status and correspondence reportsCoordinate scheduling of site commissioningHelp develop customer service standards, policies, and proceduresMaintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns throughout the project lifecycle.Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutionsEnsure tools and equipment are operating properlyPerform site visits to establish company product and service standardsMaintain excellent working relationships with customersPerform other duties as assignedThe qualifications you must have :Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
