We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team in Barcelona, with hybrid working available. This role is ideal for someone who excels at managing mixed project teams and leveraging the skills of others to enhance project results.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered correctly in terms of customer satisfaction, technical aspects, timing, financial considerations, and company guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Establishing and managing project teams to achieve project goals.
• Leveraging the skills of team members to enhance project outcomes.
• Identifying and mitigating project risks through proactive risk management.
• Regularly performing and updating critical path analysis to ensure project timelines are met.
• Evaluating contracts with sub-contractors to minimize potential risks.
• Supporting the Sales department in contract definition and future relationships.
• Leading responsibility for issuing project specifications timely and detailed enough to avoid technical and contractual risks.
