Job Description :

We're looking for a proactive and dynamic Project / Program Manager for managing end-to-end next generation provisioning& orchestration projects implementation, for HPE telecommunications customers, to ensure successful implementation according to the specifications or SOW. Reports to Senior Program Manager.

Delivery Project / Program Manager Responsibilities

• Manage medium to large projects with more than 10 team members and be responsible for scope, schedule, and cost of the project.
• Manage client relationships.
• Manages mid to upper-level client delivery relationships.
• Frequently represents the organization to external customers / client.
• Manage communication to project team and stakeholders.
• Manage risks and issues in projects and lead them to closure.
• Manage requirements traceability matrix to solution by working with business. analysts and architects.
• Enable team collaboration through conducting workshops, meetings etc..
• Follow up on tasks to be completed by project team members and resolve blocks to enable teams to make progress.
• Escalate to senior management and stakeholders to resolve issues and impediments.
• Own project management deliverables such as project charter, project plan, reports.
• Work with testing team members to ensure test phases are carried out per plan.
• Ensure all change and release management are followed to implement changes to production environments and transition to support teams.
• Ensure all organizational metrics are tracked and processes followed during the execution of the project.
