We need a smooth communicator with a great sense of people who\'ll plan and execute first-class hiring strategies to bring the world\'s top A-Players to Revolut. You\'ll innovate, drive, and deliver hiring solutions effectively and efficiently, seeking opportunities and improvements across the recruitment lifecycle.

What You\'ll Be Doing

• Recruiting exceptional A-Players to join Revolut\'s rapidly growing teams
• Collaborating with hiring managers and stakeholders to create the ideal candidate profile
• Developing and refining interview processes that enhance our assessment quality and optimise candidate experience
• Being a trusted talent acquisition advisor with a solid understanding of the talent pool
• Facilitating a pipeline of qualified candidates for future needs
• Screening CVs and interviewing prospective candidates, promoting Revolut as an employer of choice
• Driving the offer process and closing candidates
• Consistently ensuring a fantastic candidate experience
• Being a subject-matter expert in your specialist market
• Implementing modern sourcing / recruiting methods
