Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of experience in IT projects (development, infrastructure, and architecture).
• Strong technical expertise in development tools and databases.
• Solid understanding of IT project lifecycles and solution delivery.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate across teams.
• Native Spanish and fluent English (both written and spoken).
