Lead Commercial Vision and Drive Growth
The ideal candidate will lead the hotel's overall sales and marketing strategy, developing and executing commercial plans to maximize revenue across all business units (rooms, F&B, spa, events). They must ensure alignment with the brand positioning and company goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the Annual Commercial Plan and sales targets.
- Lead and manage the Sales & Marketing team with clear direction, motivation, and support.
- Drive business growth by identifying opportunities and managing key accounts and partnerships (travel agencies, tour operators, MICE, corporate).
- Oversee marketing, public relations, branding, and digital campaigns to elevate hotel visibility and demand.
- Collaborate with Revenue Management to optimize pricing and distribution strategies.
- Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and sales missions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar senior sales and marketing role within the luxury hospitality industry (preferably resort experience).Degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).Solid leadership, strategic planning, negotiation, and team development skills.In-depth knowledge of digital marketing, brand strategy, and market trends.Strong business acumen and analytical capabilities.What We Offer
