Overview T-Systems is a global provider of end-to-end integrated solutions. We develop hybrid cloud solutions, artificial intelligence, and drive the digital transformation of companies, industries, the public sector, and society as a whole.
We are looking for DevOps Engineers to join our team for the Mobile DNS platform. This platform resolves all DNS requests from the mobile network. You will be working closely with suppliers and devops engineers to design, integrate, deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot the mobile DNS platform.
The role requires implementation and operation of physical, virtualized and containerized system environments. Analysis, troubleshooting and documentation of system malfunctions are also essential. Regular checks and refinement of automated processes and strategies such as failover, deployment and disaster recovery are necessary to ensure a highly available and resilient system with minimum recovery time.
Other tasks include identifying, documenting and structuring new test use cases, optimizing scripts (Ansible, Bash, Perl, Python) and implementing changes in test, reference and productive systems to enhance system stability or provide new features. Development of new methods and tools for data analysis and monitoring is also required. Cooperation with cross-functional teams is necessary to ensure end-to-end system functionality.
