We are looking for someone who can take charge of the daily operations of our call center 📞 and back office 💻. You’ll motivate and guide the team, making sure the office runs smoothly and feels like “your own shop.” 🏢✨

• 📞 Manage the daily call center with the trainer / coach
• 💻 Lead the back office team
• 😀 Motivate, inspire & evaluate employees
• 🎓 Coach and train staff
• 📊 Monitor KPIs and take action when needed
• 📝 Report results to management
• 🏢 Ensure the office looks good and feels welcoming
