DevOps Team Manager
€84,000 - €90,000 + 15% Bonus
We’re hiring on behalf of a leading global Manufacturing company seeking an experienced DevOps Team Manager to lead and scale their cloud automation and deployment strategy.
You’ll head up a global team of 15 DevOps engineers , driving automation, reliability, and performance across all environments. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll define best practices, implement CI / CD improvements, and champion DevSecOps across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and mentor a distributed DevOps team across multiple regions.
- Define and execute DevOps / DevSecOps strategy aligned with business goals.
- Enhance CI / CD pipelines and automate infrastructure using Azure DevOps, Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes .
- Drive operational excellence, performance metrics, and continuous improvement.
- Establish a Community of Practice to share and promote DevOps best practices.
